John Riddle started Next Step Inspection Group to provide discriminating homebuyers with the most professional, concise information, and exemplary service available.
Background
From an early age, John apprenticed under his father, a master carpenter, who provided him with an extensive background in the residential construction industry. Later he completed three years of architectural education and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
This combination of experience and education enables John to fully understand the complexity of the home and to provide the potential buyer with a detailed, comprehensive and thorough inspection report.

The home inspection industry is an evolving profession, requiring comprehensive continuing education. To maintain a license in the State of Texas, a Professional Real Estate Inspector must have 16 hours of accredited continuing education courses per year. Throughout the year, John strives to take double the minimum required course–load in order to ensure that his clients receive the most up to date information available.
